Use these instructions to update your current password.
 
My Canada Life at Work™
If you have workplace benefits or Freedom to Choose™ and want to change your password for My Canada Life at Work:
  • Sign in to your My Canada Life at Work account using your current password.
  • Using the dropdown menu for the profile icon in the top right corner, select “Change password”.
  • Enter your current password, then your new password, following the password requirements.
  • Retype your new password to confirm it’s correct.
  • Select “Continue”.
My Canada Life
If you have coverage through an advisor and want to change your password to My Canada Life:
  • Sign in to your My Canada Life account using your present password.
  • Using the dropdown menu for the profile icon in the top right corner, select “Change password”.
  • Enter your current password, then your new password, following the password requirements.
  • Retype your new password to confirm it’s correct.
  • Select “Continue”.  Select "Save".
