Use these instructions to update your current password.

My Canada Life at Work™

If you have workplace benefits or Freedom to Choose™ and want to change your password for My Canada Life at Work:

Sign in to your My Canada Life at Work account using your current password.
Using the dropdown menu for the profile icon in the top right corner, select “Change password”.
Enter your current password, then your new password, following the password requirements.
Retype your new password to confirm it’s correct.
Select “Continue”.

If you have coverage through an advisor and want to change your password to My Canada Life:

Sign in to your My Canada Life account using your present password.
Using the dropdown menu for the profile icon in the top right corner, select “Change password”.
Enter your current password, then your new password, following the password requirements.
Retype your new password to confirm it’s correct.
Select “Continue”. Select "Save".

Use these instructions to reset a forgotten password:

Navigate to the My Canada Life at Work sign-in page and select “Forgot Password”.
Follow the instructions to reset your password.
