1. Sign in to your My Canada Life at Work account using your current password.
2. Select the profile icon in the top right corner, and then choose “Plan details”.
3. The plan numbers and member IDs will be shown for all your benefits. 

If you have personal insurance or investments purchased through an advisor, you can find your plan or policy number in a few different places:

• Annual or quarterly statements (if you receive them)
• Your policy/contract documents
• Your welcome package (if applicable)
  

If you're registered for My Canada Life, sign in to your My Canada Life account using your present password.  

On the overview page, you’ll find a list of all your personal insurance and investments policies you own. The plan number/ID displayed on screen is your policy number you’ll find on your statements.
