- Click on your initials in the top right-hand corner
- Click on Your profile
- Click on Update your address
- Choose from either a Standard address, P.O. Box, or General Delivery / Rural Route
- Update your address
If you work with an advisor, you can change your address online through My Canada Life.

If you can’t change your address using your online account, call us and we can help you over the phone.
